    Who holds your data

    Short answer: we do, Sensora AI.

    Sensora AI is the controller of your personal data. Until a formal entity is registered in your jurisdiction, you can reach us through our contact form. We will publish the legal entity here once incorporation is complete.

    What we collect

    Only what makes the experience yours.

    Your name and email at sign-up. A password hash — we never see the password itself. The answers you give to the Desires questionnaire, used to tailor scenarios. Technical signals at login (browser language, device class, IP) for security and abuse prevention.

    What we never collect

    This part matters most.

    No audio, video, or photos of you. No recordings of what happens between you and your partner during or after a session. What unfolds behind a closed door is yours alone, and it leaves no trace on our servers.

    Why we use it

    So each session is closer to who you are.

    To adapt scenarios to your couple. To improve the AI host using aggregated, anonymised signals. For security and fraud prevention. For payment processing. For essential account communications — never marketing unless you opt in.

    Who we share with

    A short list of trusted processors.

    A cryptocurrency payment processor (payments). A third-party AI language-model provider (scenario generation — only anonymised preferences are sent, never your name or email). Cloud hosting providers. A transactional email provider. The full processor list is available on request through our contact form.

    Where your data lives

    In the EU whenever possible.

    Primary databases are hosted in the EU (Frankfurt region). Some processors operate from the United States — for these, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and applicable adequacy frameworks.

    How long we keep it

    While you are here, plus a brief grace period.

    While your account is active. After deletion, a 30-day recovery window in case you change your mind. Payment records are retained for 7 years as tax law requires (held by our payment processor — we never see card numbers). Security logs are kept for 90 days.

    Your rights

    They actually work here.

    Access all your data (Settings → Export). Delete your account (Settings → Delete — executed within 24 hours). Correction. Restriction of processing. Data portability. The right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — for EU residents, your national DPA.

    Cookies

    Minimal, and only functional by default.

    Essential cookies: session, language preference, age-gate, cookie preference itself. Analytics cookies only if you accept "All". No marketing cookies, ever. You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookies" link in the footer.

    You will know in advance.

    For any material change, we notify you by email and display a banner on the site at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can review the date of the last revision at the top of this page.
