Using Sensora AI means accepting these terms.
Creating an account or crossing the age gate is your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If anything here does not work for you, please do not use the service.

Who can use Sensora AI
Adults, freely, both of you.
You must be 18 or older — or the age of majority in your country if it is higher. A couple means both partners explicitly agreeing to participate. You may not add anyone to your Circle without their clear, informed consent.

Consent is the foundation
Nothing in Sensora AI is obligatory.
Every scenario is an invitation, never a prescription. Any activity can be paused, softened, or stopped at any moment. The AI host is trained to recognise "no" and to respect it. If your partner expresses discomfort, stop. By using Sensora AI you agree to practice this kind of attentive consent.

AI is AI, not a therapist
It does not replace professional care.
Sensora AI is an AI-powered tool for deepening intimacy in a couple. It is not a medical or therapeutic service. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace a psychologist, sexologist, or couples therapist. If you or your partner are facing serious difficulties, please reach out to a qualified professional.

What is not allowed
Kind to your partner, kind to the service.
Do not use Sensora AI to manipulate, pressure, or coerce your partner. Do not register anyone under 18. Do not reverse-engineer the AI host. Do not resell scenarios or distribute them outside Sensora AI for payment. Do not use the service to harass anyone.

Passes and payments
Clear terms, no surprises.
Pricing is displayed on the /pricing page. Access is sold as one-time passes (7, 30, 90, or 365 days) — there is no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. Before a pass ends we send a renewal reminder by email; renewing is a new one-time purchase, paid in cryptocurrency through our payment processor. Access opens as soon as the payment is confirmed: before paying you expressly ask us to begin at once and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU and UK residents would otherwise have. Once access has opened, withdrawal is no longer possible.

Who owns what
Our scenarios are ours. Your data is yours.
The AI-generated scenarios, original Sensora AI texts, design, brand, and software are our intellectual property. Your answers, the history of your interactions, and any content you create remain yours.

When things go wrong
We do our best, and limits apply.
The service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for interpersonal conflicts, emotional outcomes, or decisions made based on scenarios. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ending things
Either side can stop.
You can delete your account at any moment. We may suspend or close accounts that materially breach these Terms — with prior notice, except when urgency requires otherwise (for example, a security incident).

Governing law
Depends on where you are.
For EU residents, the law of your country of residence applies and disputes may be brought before your local consumer courts. For other jurisdictions, please reach us through our contact form for jurisdiction-specific provisions.

When terms change
We give you notice.
For any material change, we notify you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service; a pass you have already paid for runs to the end of its term.
